“Passing on knowledge is another way of reaching out to people. It’s a nurturing way of sharing and for me… well, it’s quite simply essential!”
Noga’s artistic training includes voice and piano. She studied piano at the conservatoire de Genève with Freddy Felgenhauer, Mayumi Kameda, Henri Chaix, and also with Achille Scotti and Erich Lauer. She studied singing with Heidi Raymond and La Velle. She also studied acting (BU performing arts, Boston and LISA, London). She has constantly diversified her tools by regularly undergoing training (with Christian Zehnder, Meribeth Dayme, the Roy Hart Theatre and the Physical Theatre of Aliki Dourmazer). She discovered circle singing with Bobby McFerrin and has constantly developed this avenue, by further training with Rhiannon with whom she went into improvisation in more depth (All The Way In). To her musical sources, Noga added body mind tools (Hendricks Institute, yoga, etc.) finally launching :
> the Sonoga® method. This method forms the core of the teaching of the Catalyse School, that she founded and directs. About 250 students enrol each year, attracted by an innovative, multidisciplinaire approach to singing/acting.
> her ImprOviz® workshops where she applies several formulas, from courses for amateurs to master classes linked to professional training.
